Our service and repair center is recognized by EWM and Hypertherm. Our mechanics are trained by these brands and therefore know everything about them. You do not have machines of these brands, but would still like to use our service? No worries, that is possible.

Service, repair and maintenance

We repair and maintain all brands of welding equipment, power tools and hand tools. This includes calibration, NEN 3140 and IEC 60974-4 inspections, work on site and installation and adjustment of welding machines. We understand that your machines need to be usable again as soon as possible. That is why you never have to wait long. If it does happen, you will receive a replacement machine from us.

Elektrolas regional partner EWM

EWM works with regionally appointed and authorized partners in the Benelux. The conscious choice for these regional dealers is obvious. They know the region and the people and they can advise and assist quickly and professionally. Elektrolas is a regional partner in the southern part of the Netherlands. With our service company in Waalwijk we have a strong role in the fast service of all brands of welding equipment. With several service busses we are always close by and you can get back to work quickly.

Elektrolas also carries out verifications and safety inspections of your entire welding machine park.

We have a skilled team of service engineers ready to support you with the annual maintenance of your welding machines. Our technicians are trained annually by EWM and all have a VCA certificate.

Metal powder welding

Metal powder welding is one in which the powder used for welding is applied under pressure to the surfaces to be welded. This is usually done using a compressor or a powder gun. This process is also known as powder coating. It is used for increasing the strength and corrosion resistance of metal surfaces. It can also be used for cosmetic purposes such as changing the colour of the metal.
