Our Own Welding School
Welding is our expertise, and we are eager to share all our knowledge with you. Elektrolas has its own welding school where we maintain or improve the level of welding technology within your company. Our NIL practical skills training programs stand out by perfectly aligning with the actual needs of manufacturing companies and their employees.
Our Welding School is professionally designed and equipped with modern equipment. Our experienced instructors teach in small groups of a maximum of 9 people. Additionally, we offer further technical specialization. A unique feature, for example, is the training module in a destructive testing laboratory.
Practical Skills Training
We offer training for the following welding processes:
- MIG/MAG Level 1 to 4
- TIG Level 1 to 4
- TIG Stainless Steel Pipe Level 1 to 2
- SMAW Level 1 to 4
- Hygienic Welding
During the training, a visit is made to a destructive testing lab, where materials welders encounter daily are tested.

Management Training Programs
We offer training for the following management positions:
- Welding Specialist (IWS)
- Welding Practitioner (IWP)
- Visual Welding Inspector (VT)
- Welding Coordinator (EWCP)
All our management training programs are offered in accordance with the quality requirements and regulations of the Netherlands Institute of Welding Technology, and the resulting diplomas are European or internationally recognized.

Welding Improvement Cycle
